Quote request data
When you submit a quote request, DerFactory stores and uses the provided details to understand the machine requirement, prepare the next quotation step, and contact relevant suppliers when needed.
Typical quote data includes name, company, country, email, WhatsApp, product interest, quantity, timeline, and technical requirements.
RFQ records are retained only as long as needed for sourcing, follow-up, legal obligations, and fraud prevention. DerFactory does not publish your contact details or sell them as a mailing list.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, DerFactory uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page visits, catalogue searches, product comparisons, RFQ-list actions, and successful quote requests. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp details, company names, and free-text requirements are not sent to Analytics.
Analytics is disabled by default. If you accept it, Google may set analytics identifiers and process technical information such as browser, device, approximate region, pages viewed, and interaction events. You can reject optional analytics and the catalogue, comparison, and quote-request features will continue to work.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser so the site can remember it. RFQ and comparison lists also use local browser storage as functional features. You can change the analytics choice at any time using .
Where Google Analytics receives data, Google may process it outside your country under its applicable data-protection safeguards. Analytics retention and deletion follow the settings of the DerFactory Analytics property and Google's service controls.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with a quote request. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time; withdrawal affects future collection in that browser.
